Lincoln, Shinola Expand Partnership To Watches

Lincoln and Shinola are once again teaming up to create two timepieces marking Lincoln’s centennial celebration.

The collaboration builds off the Aviator Shinola Concept, which Lincoln showcased at last’s year’s Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance.

The Shinola Runwell Sport Chronograph and Shinola Run-well Automatic watches will have a limited run of 500 each.

The two Detroit-based brands both have a reputation for design excellence and a pursuit of craftmanship and quality, says Ruthie Underwood, vice president of creative design, Shinola.

The watches “celebrate the ‘Born in Detroit’ heritage both brands share, and the commitment to build products that last and are loved over a lifetime,” Underwood says in a release.

Both timepieces feature the Lincoln logo engraved on the case back at 6:00 and come with a custom Lincoln 100 Years wooden Shinola watch box.

The Shinola Runwell Sport Chronograph, retailing for $1,100, features a custom Lincoln branded second sub-eye, crafted on a 48-millimeter men’s timepiece.

The Shinola Runwell Automatic timepiece, which retails for $1,300, features a custom Lincoln branded seconds sub-eye with a polished stainless-steel case and black leather strap with the Lincoln logo stamped into the tip.

The watches are “a memento” to mark Lincoln’s 100th anniversary, says Michael Sprague, North America director, Lincoln.

The watches are available as part of a merchandise collection Lincoln has curated connected to its 100-year anniversary. Customers can purchase any of the items or redeem points for purchase via Lincoln Access Rewards.
