Threecolts, a software vendor serving ecommerce brands, has acquired FeedbackWhiz, an email and review automation tool for Amazon sellers. Terms were not disclosed. 

FeedbackWhiz founders, CEO Henson Wu and Arons Lee, will join the Threecolts team.

Threecolts is a cloud business suite for Amazon businesses. It claims to serve tens of thousands of customers.

FeedbackWhiz helps users automate communication using customized BSM emails or Amazon's Request a Review button, the company says. 

"Reviews and Profits are two of the most important fundamentals for an Amazon business," states Wu. "Having a good product can only get you so far.  Without feedback and reviews, it's impossible to scale revenue.”
