Sezzle Teams Up With Klaviyo To Reclaim Abandoned Carts With BNPL Offering

Payment platform Sezzle is partnering with Klaviyo to help brands recover abandoned carts. 

With studies showing that almost 70% of online shopping carts are abandoned, Klaviyo merchants can now offer customers Sezzle’s flexible financing opinions.

The goal is to help those merchants “strategically target shoppers via email and SMS marketing,” says Rich Gardner, vice president of global strategic partnerships at Klaviyo.

Gardner adds that “Sezzle’s purpose-driven approach to payments and mission of financial freedom directly aligns with Klaviyo’s vision to empower creators to their own destiny.”

Sezzle’s Buy Now, Pay Later offering is “a runaway hit with millennials and Gen Z, in particular,” says Paul Paradis, president of Sezzle.
