Financial services marketer Washington Mutual Monday named Chicago-based Leo Burnett USA the ad agency of record on its roughly $100 million advertising and media services account. Burnett will work
with Washington Mutual brand agency Wolff Olins, which was tapped in October after the bank split with Interpublic's Sedgwick Rd. unit.
