Havas Media Wins Global Remit For Shoe Marketer Wolverine Worldwide

Havas Media Group has confirmed winning global media duties for shoe marketer Wolverine Worldwide. The selection followed a formal review.

The remit includes media buying and planning, as well as content and analytics 

The company’s brands include Merrell, Saucony, Sperry, Wolverine, Keds, Stride Rite, Hush Puppies, and others. The firm reported that its total ad costs last year were $195.4 million.

According to agency research firm COMvergence, the shoe company’s outlay for measured media in the U.S. for the 12-month period ending June 2022 was about $33 million, with all but about $500,000 earmarked for online channels. The comparable global figure is about $50 million.
