president-operations, technology, research and development, and will focus on Arbitron's traditional diary-based radio ratings. He was president-U.S. media services. Pierre Bouvard was named
president-sales and marketing, with responsibility for selling both the portable people meter and Arbitron's existing services. He was president-portable people meters and international. Linda Dupree,
senior vice president-portable people meter new product development, will continue to oversee the development of market research services based on the Portable People Meter technology, as well as
