Rosser Upped To CEO, VSA Partners

VSA Partners just named a new CEO and three partners.

Former agency president Anne-Marie Rosser will become CEO, succeeding Dana Arnett, who becomes founder/chairman. Rosser has been with VSA for 20+ years.

The nearly 40-year-old agency is transitioning to its next generation of leaders.

In addition, Ariadna Navarro moves from Chief Strategy Officer to Chief Growth Officer position. VSA Partners’ three new partners include Mike Walsh, Head of Client Engagement; Kristin Lingren, General Counsel and Secretary; and Thom Wolfe, Head of Design. All three partners have deep roots in the agency.

“It’s less a passing of the torch and more an acknowledgement that the torch has already been passed,” says Arnett.

Navarro, joined VSA in 2018 after heading up strategy at Interbrand. Her expanded role will combine her strategic expertise with  finding unique business opportunities for clients ranging from IBM to AT&T.

VSA Partners, a brand strategy and design agency, has offices in Chicago, New York and San Francisco. It's done work for various clients, including Cole Haan, Manuka Health, IBM, McDonald's, Google PH.G and Mack Trucks.
