Dawn Adds India's Zoo Media To Its Global Collective

The Zoo Media Network, which claims to be India’s largest independent agency network has announced the launch of its first global office in New York, in partnership with independent agency collective Dawn.

The Zoo Media network is an integrated group comprised of 11 agency brands. Those brands include flagship creative and performance digital agency, FoxyMoron, web3 rights and services company, Metaform and other homegrown, acquired and joint venture agencies.

Collectively the group's services include content creation, media and data and technology.

The group was founded by Pratik Gupta and Suveer Bajaj and currently houses a team of over 600+ employees. Clients include Netflix, YouTube, Tinder, Kellogg’s, P&G and Unilever.

Dawn was founded by former MDC Partners CMO Bob Kantor and Crossmedia nearly three years ago with a focus on providing independent agencies a source to tap data sciences advanced analytics and other capabilities to supplement their in-house offerings.

Other agencies in the group include Barkley, Definition 6, Rethink, Co:Collective and others.

"After having consolidated a stronghold position for ourselves in India and the Middle East as a leading integrated marketing technology network, expanding our offices into North America was the natural next step," stated Bajaj.

Added Gupta: "“We’re well on our way to globalize our ambition of taking Indian creativity and technology to the world. We’re excited to work with the agencies within Dawn and bring them the scale of offshore Indian talent."

Crossmedia CEO Kamran Asghar said, “We have been collaborating with the Zoo Media team to integrate proprietary technology to accelerate our global expansion." Adding Zoo to the mix, he added, will contribute to group's mission of integrating "advanced technology to deliver superior business results to our clients."
