Google Extends Deal with Opera

  • December 30, 2005
In an expansion of a deal between search giant Google and browser Opera, Google will become the default search engine on Opera Mobile and Opera Mini, both products for mobile phones and wireless devices, the company announced this week. The deal is slated to run for a year, and is similar to a deal Google has with open-source browser Firefox, which also uses the search giant as its default engine.
