Viacom, CBS Complete Split

Viacom Sunday said it completed its corporate split-up, dividing into two separate publicly traded companies: CBS Corp. and Viacom Inc. Both companies trade on the New York Stock Exchange. CBS, which uses the stock symbol CBS A, is comprised of the CBS Television Network, UPN, CBS Radio, Viacom Outdoor, Viacom Television Stations Group, Paramount Television, King World, Simon & Schuster, Showtime, and Paramount Parks. The new Viacom is comprised of MTV Networks, BET, Paramount Pictures, Paramount Home Entertainment, and Famous Music, and has agreed to acquire DreamWorks SKG.
