Lands' End Deploys Movable Ink's Da Vinci

Retailer Lands' End has chosen Movable Ink’s Da Vinci to drive email personalization. 

The goal is to “transform our email program as we drive scalable, contextually relevant communications that deliver what customers want," says Sarah Rasmusen, chief customer officer at Lands' End.

Lands’ End is leveraging Da Vinci to focus on deepening loyalty and driving long-term customer value (LTV), the firm says. 

“With today's paradox of choice, brands must adopt a human-centered marketing approach to drive deeper and longer-term relationships — or risk getting left behind,” says Adam Stambleck, president at Movable Ink.

Da Vinci guides customers down an individual journey that stresses both short and long-term goals, the company says.

Lands’ End, a uni-channel retailer, is known for its customer service and product quality.
