Tabitha Brown's vegan friendly hair care products, Donna's Recipe, are coming to Ulta Beauty stores. The collection of all-natural products, which promote hair growth and retention, launched exclusively on Ulta.com on Dec. 18 and will be in all Ulta Beauty stores nationwide beginning Dec. 26. Brown, a bestselling author, has more than 4 million followers on both Instagram and TikTok.
