TrueSense Marketing, a full-service direct-marketing agency has acquired One & All.
One & All is a revamp of the merger between Russ Reid and Grizzard agencies, which Omnicom bought in 2017 and rebranded a year later.
The nonprofit acquisition includes the remaining purpose-driven accounts and staff. TrueSense took over several account from One&All last year. One&All handles media and campaigns, conceptual design and fundraising. Terms were not disclosed.
One & All’s roster includes the Salvation Army, food banks and animal-care clients. It has also worked with Coca-Cola, Microsoft and Starbucks to enhance social change.
“Their people fit in the same structure as our people, immediately forming a quick bond,” said Steven Busheé, president of TrueSense. Both companies are run virtually.
One & All was part of the DAS Group of Companies, a division of Omnicom Group. Omnicom has retained Changing Our World and ONEHUNDRED Agency in the nonprofit space.
