has settled a class-action lawsuit alleging that its products, which are marketed as a more sustainable approach to menstrual hygiene, contain potentially harmful chemicals. The
complaint alleged that the underwear material contained short chain per-and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), which have been linked to adverse health effects.
