Tushy Offers $10,000 For Poop Pics In Second Annual 'Super Bowel Monday'

Since last year’s “Super Bowel Monday,” Tushy is back with another unconventional offer. For a chance to win $10,000, the leading bidet brand is inviting football fans to send in a picture of their post-game poop.

To enter, fans can share a “day-after dump” with Tushy on Instagram or on Twitter using the hashtag #TUSHYSuperBowel, or even via email. Submissions will be accepted until Monday, February 13 at 11:59PM EST.

“We saw insane excrement, I mean excitement, around Super Bowel Monday last year, and knew that if people were still eating tons during the Big Game, producing Super Bowel movements the next day and sharing them with us proudly, we'd be here again to celebrate and reward that,” says Miki Agrawal, Tushy’s founder and CCO. “It's pretty incredible what can happen when you remove the shame from such a normal bodily function, and we'll never stop finding ways to do just that!”

According to the company, judgements will be made based on texture, color, length and mass, with extra points awarded for “extra flair.”

To help competitors maximize their day-after dumps, Tushy has partnered with Mark Hyman, a 14x New York Times bestselling author, family physician and leader in functional medicine.

Hyman's advice includes eating whole fruits and veggies -- salads, berries -- in the days leading up to the big game. “If you keep things balanced with quality foods on a regular basis, leaning into some junk food that day won't be as hard on your gut,” Hyman says. “And your more likely to have a smooth, healthy bowel movement the next.”

During Super Bowl LVII, Hyman suggests that fans start off with carrot, celery and cucumber sticks with bean dips “for the high fiber punch,” then tackle something indulgent, like chicken wings, and finish the night off with something sweet and easy on the stomach, like “fruit sweetened chia pudding.”

The next day, competitors should chug water and have a strong cup of coffee before snapping their final pic.

I've been in advertising since 1982 and thought I'd see it all, but nope, we have a new low.

I admit, I laughed out loud three times reading this article but one wonders, who will be the lucky person that has to review the submissions and pick the winner.
