ChatGPT Tool That Supports Email Offered By Bloomreach

Bloomreach, a commerce experience cloud, has launched a ChatGPT integration that it says will help brands generate content for emails, SMS, in-app and push notifications. 

The product, which is now integrated with Bloomreach Engagement, supports A/B testing, allowing marketers to generate and test multiple variants for a subject line. They can also achieve personalization with a feature that inputs a customers' first name, control for tone of voice and streamline language translation, the company says. 

Marketers can “create the strategy behind every campaign, then use ChatGPT to build the content and scale even faster,” says Michal Novovesky, general manager and head of product, Bloomreach Engagement. 

The test component may be especially important for email senders. A recent study by AlchemyWorx shows that testing 10 subject lines results in an 81% increase in opens, 242% hike in clicks and a 128% gain in the click-to-open ratio. 

Campaigns driven by the new Bloomreach ChatGPT tool will become “more personalized, more effective, and ultimately — more impactful to the bottom line," Novovesky states.
