Wine Spectator magazine is partnering with the Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival as it prepares for this year’s event, the 16th, which will take
place in Palm Beach on Dec. 7-10.
The magazine seeks to bring “our knowledge, expertise and industry relationships to this extraordinary, upscale event, featuring a variety of fine dining experiences,” states Marvin R. Shanken, editor and publisher of Wine Spectator.
In related news, the Els for Autism Foundation will be the designated charity for this event, and a portion of ticket sales will go the organization. The charity was co-founded in 2009 by Shanken, Ernie Els and Liezl Els.
Wine Spectator has for 40 years hosted the New York Wine Experience, which provides wine-tasting experiences for thousands of attendees.
Last fall, Wine Spectator made its podcast debut with a program titled “Straight Talk with Wine Spectator.” Each episode highlights topics featured in the most recent issues of the magazine.
