Revolt, the London-based branding consultancy that specializes in purpose-led businesses, has just hired Louise Rapley as its first U.S. managing director.
The firm has a burgeoning roster of U.S. clients including Merrell, Beam Suntory, PepsiCo and L’Oréal.
In fact, U.S. clients now account for nearly a quarter of Revolt’s business and contributed significantly to the firm’s 25% revenue growth in 2022.
Other clients include Mars, ABInBev and Heinz. Last year at Cannes Lions Revolt won Silver in Creative Business Transformation for its Energy Collective work for Budweiser.
Rapley is based in New York and is tasked with further growing the firm’s U.S. footprint with a focus on client service, expanded capabilities and business development.
She joins from New York-based Noble People, where she was Group Account Director. Previously she held senior media roles at Mediahub and Mullen Lowe Profero.
