Saasteps Upgrades Revenue Suite Tied To Salesforce CRM

Saassteps has come out with a new version of its Revenue Acceleration Management suite in collaboration with Salesforce. 

The cloud-based suite contains six revenue-generating modules that are part of a single product, including real-time analytics, open global API integrations, automated processes and bespoke reports. 

The goal is to provide easy-to-use platforms tailored to the unique needs of diverse industries. The suite helps brands standard their subscriptions, billing, payment processing, renewals and ecommerce on the Salesforce CRM platform. 

The cloud-based solutions offer “a range of features that are tailored to different industries and are accessible 100% Native to Salesforce," says Tim Beck, CEO of Saasteps. 

The goal is to “help businesses of all sizes unlock their full potential and maximize their revenue,” Beck says.  

The design allows team members with limited technical expertise dive in without the need for costly IT support, the firm contends. 

Users can interact with audiences, using product catalogs, product review availability and media blogs, it adds. 

In addition, they can reduce revenue leakage by offering discount codes, loyalty programs, customer portals and abandoned cart follow-up. And they can automate administrative tasks, the company states.
