Rosie Eyes New TV Show, Magazine

  • January 16, 2006
Rosie O'Donnell told the Television Critics Association press tour on Friday that she is interested in fronting another television show. But she didn't say whether it would be a talk show like her Warner Bros. daily syndicated program, "The Rosie O'Donnell Show," which ended in 2002 after a six-year run. She also said that she was in discussions about starting up another magazine. Her magazine Rosie, which was published with Gruner + Jahr USA, only lasted a little over a year, and was stopped in 2002. O'Donnell was at the TCA to talk about her role as a producer of "Simply Sketch," a new sketch comedy series featuring up-and-coming performers for MTV Networks' new Logo channel.
