Chuck E. Cheese is doubling down
on its brand equity. In addition to the chain’s recently announced new reality game show based on its fun center arcade games, it is releasing its first cookbook.
The all-ages "Chuck E. Cheese and Friends Party Cookbook" features recipes for events such as game nights, sleepovers and Halloween parties. Some of the party themes, based on the chain’s characters, include Jasper T. Jowls’ Howlin’ Hootenanny, Helen Henny’s All-day Breakfast Sleepover and Chuck E.’s Game Night.
The cookbook’s wide array of recipes include such items as French toast dippers and quesadilla pizza – both notably not served at Chuck E. Cheese restaurants. The book also has games, jokes from the franchise’s pizza chef character Pasqually P. Pieplate, and links to video dance parties like DJ Munch’s remix of “Chuck E.’s Happy Dance” and the “Spring Break Breakdance.”
