KFC has launched a new loyalty program to reward crispy poultry fans.

Entitled KFC Rewards, the program enables customers to unlock free KFC menu items by earning points on orders made through the Rewards account via KFC.com or the KFC app.

To kickstart the new program, KFC is offering BOGO Smash’d Potato Bowls.  The Smash'd Potato Bowls are a new variation on KFC Bowls, containing mashed potatoes topped with Secret Recipe Fries, cheese sauce, bacon crumbles and a three-cheese blend. If ordered through the Rewards program, customers will receive a second bowl free for a limited time.

Rewards members earn 10 points for every dollar spent. The points can be applied towards free food in KFC's Secret Recipe Vault, such as free eight-piece KFC Nuggets, a free chicken sandwich or a free side. Rotating challenges, such as ordering a specific menu item, as well as personalized offers, discounts and freebies will also feature prominently in the program.
