We Are Rosie Debuts New Creative Agency: Run By Rosie

Atlanta-based We Are Rosie has expanded its business model.

The company just launched Run by Rosie, a new marketing and creative agency predicated on the organization’s flexible talent model. The service will leverage We Are Rosie’s community of 30,000+ marketing pros to construct hyper-specialized teams that address brand strategy and marketing transformation.

We Are Rosie’s team manages the project and talent and oversees deliverables. Flexibility allows it to either work independently as a micro-agency or alongside the client’s team with management from We Are Rosie. Projects serviced include full campaigns, site and app development, photo shoots, content development, copywriting, creative marketing, paid search, marketing strategy and research.

Run by Rosie's goal is to eliminate the agency world’s need for wasteful retainer agreements, high-staff turnover and too-junior generalists. The focus is a people-centric model that transforms business needs with efficiency, inclusion and better results, at scale.
