Rocket Companies spent an estimated $320 million on measured media last year according to agency research firm COMvergence.

The review followed the appointment of Jonathan Mildenhall as Rocket Companies’ CMO in January of this year.

He issued a statement: “Rocket has an ambition to become one of North America’s most culturally significant brands. An essential component of our ability to do that is an integrated approach to performance marketing and brand media, which will happen though our partnership with Publicis. I am confident we will achieve that ambition with the help of Publicis’ scale and experience, in close partnership with our creative agency of record – Mirimar – and Rocket’s highly skilled in-house teams in Detroit and L.A.”

The company’s subsidiaries include Rocket Mortgage, Rocket Homes Real Estate, Rocket Money and other units.

The company retained Consello Group to help manage the review process.
