New York-based performance marketing agency Converge has appointed Shoshana Winter as CEO. She succeeds co-founder Mike Carrano in the role. Carrano and co-founder Maarten Terry will remain on the leadership team as co-presidents.
Also joining the agency is Jason Whiting as Chief Growth Officer.

Winter has held multiple strategy, media and creative leadership positions at dentsu agencies, including mcgarrybowen, Vizeum US, and most recently, dentsu, where she served as executive director for the company’s performance creative team.
Whiting, a 20-year-plus industry veteran was previously the Chief Growth Officer at PureRed and earlier served as CEO of MRY and led new business for several agencies including WPP’s AKQA, Interpublic’s Huge and Media Monks, now part of S4 Capital.
Converge, founded in 2006, was acquired by Troika Media Group in 2022 for $125 million.
The agency’s client base spans verticals, including home services, membership businesses, legal and financial services as well as healthcare and automotive, with clients that have included AT&T, AAA and LeafHome.
