Sports-focused virtual pay TV provider FuboTV is expanding its video offerings -- offering “standalone” premium subscription services as well as a collection of nearly 200 FAST networks.
The "standalone" premium subscription services -- both live and on demand -- will be made available without first having to pay for FuboTV's traditional pay TV bundle plans of live, linear TV networks.
Three initial pay premium networks will be available at launch: FanDuel Sports Network -- the newly named, regional sports network group owned by Sinclair Inc., formerly known as Bally Sports Networks group -- in addition to NBA League Pass and Paramount+ With Showtime.
Fubo, which has 1.45 million North American subscribers, is also making available a new product, Fubo Free -- a collection of nearly 200 free ad-supported/streaming TV channels (FAST) networks -- to former paid and trial subscribers of Fubo TV. Subscribers to its premium subscription packages will also receive Fubo Free.

Fubo has four virtual pay TV plans: Fubo Pro, Fubo Elite with Sports Plus, Fubo Deluxe, and Fubo Latino, priced from $32.99 to $109.99 per month. Its core package, Fubo Pro, delivers 200 channels for $79.99 a month.
Fubo claims that Venu, which would house over 50% of all U.S. sports rights under one service, would be anti-competitive and monopolistic.
Venu Sports was scheduled to launch this fall.
In the second quarter of this year, FuboTV said it grew revenue 25% year-over-year to $391 million, and narrowed a net loss by half to $25.8 million (from $54.2 million).
