OOH Agency Billups Acquires Mediabridge, Boosts UK/EMEA Reach


Billups, the OOH agency, has made its fifth global acquisition since September.

The media company has acquired Mediabridge Global, a U.K.-based OOH specialist to enhance its position in the U.K. and EMEA markets.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Four-year-old Mediabridge Global reports a 30% YoY billings growth, building a roster of 30 active agencies representing more than 250 brands. The company has executed campaigns in more than 50 countries.

The addition of Mediabridge adds 40 employees to Billup's U.K. team. David Payne, Mediabridge CEO, will continue to lead the incoming team.  

Billups now spans 18 countries across North America, EMEA, APAC and Australia/New Zealand.
