Aegis Group Tuesday said it expanded its burgeoning Posterscope outdoor media buying network in South Africa, acquiring Integrator, an out-of-home media firm, for $9.7 million paid over four years.
Integrator's clients include such brands as Heineken, Johnnie Walker, and Sanlam. Aegis, the parent of Carat, has taken a major position in the out-of-home media services market.
