DDB Restructures NA Ops, Winterton Named CEO

Omnicom agency network DDB has restructured its North American operations and management team, naming Caroline Winterton North America CEO, a role that has been vacant since the departure of Justin Thomas-Copeland in 2023.

In part DDB said the moves are designed to foster closer collaboration among the network’s key agency units including DDB Chicago, multicultural unit Alma and “boutique” agency Adam&EveDDB.
