LEONG WAI FOONG has joined BBDO Shanghai as executive creative director. In addition, TOM KAO will be leaving BBDO Asia as deputy chairman. CHRIS THOMAS, the new Chairman and CEO of BBDO Asia, will assume Kao’s responsibilities.
