Arbitron Inc. launched its syndicated radio audience measurement service in Monterrey, the company’s third radio market in Mexico. Arbitron has signed long-term commitments with Grupo Radio Mexico,
Grupo Radio Centro and ACIR that include Monterrey, Mexico City and Guadalajara. These broadcasters operate seven stations in Monterey.
