Richard Beaven has joined Initiative Worldwide as CEO of its North America operations. He reports to Alex Gerster, CEO of Initiative Worldwide. Beaven was executive vice president-managing director
for MediaVest, and was the top executive overseeing the Procter & Gamble account.
