Some big media shops are bolstering their digital media units, new executives to key positions. On Thursday, MediaVest named Eric Bader senior vice president-digital connections, placing him in charge
of digital media buys for clients including Coca-Cola Co., Continental Airlines, Kraft, Masterfoods and Procter & Gamble. Bader joins from Hound, a digital media consultancy, and previously was a
digital media executive at College Sports Television and OgilvyInteractive. WPP's MindShare unit, meanwhile, named John Montgomery CEO, and Margaret Clerkin North America managing director, of
MindShare Interaction, a new direct and interactive media unit. Montgomery was CEO of parent WPP Group's mOne Worldwide unit. Clerkin was a senior partner and media director at mOne.
