Q Interactive Offers Email Services

Online lead-generation firm Q Interactive--formerly CoolSavings--on Monday announced the addition of e-mail services to its ad network, Q Network, to help publishers gain incremental revenue from their e-mail lists.

Q Network--formerly CoolSavings Marketing Network--distributes offers to its own Web sites and publisher partner sites, including The New York Times Company's About.com, Knight Ridder, Meredith Corp., and Weather.com, reaching 16 million unique consumers monthly.

At the core of Q Interactive's new offerings is its proprietary TrueConversion Engine, an automated system that combines demographic, behavioral, and transactional consumer data to improve the relevancy of online ads.

Earlier this year, Q Interactive reported its TrueConversion technology helped lift pay-up rates for over 50 publishers and marketers, including Conde Nast Publications, Time Inc., S.C. Johnson, and BMG Direct Inc, among others. Its clients saw a 28 percent lift in pay-up rates for their "bill me" soft offers through its proprietary TrueConversion Engine, Q Interactive said.

Q Interactive is predicting that its e-mail list will grow to 40 million permission-based addresses by the end of 2006.
