MSN has signed on as the official sponsor of the New York Television Festival, which will offer wannabe-TV execs the chance to show independently produced pilots to industry and network officials. MSN
Video will have the exclusive online rights to screen all pilots submitted to the festival, beginning next month. MSN Video also will Webcast the festival, to be held Sept. 12-17 in Manhattan. In
addition, MSN Spaces will be the official blogging platform for festival participants.
