The Online Publishers Association officially promoted Pam Horan to president. She had been acting president since January, shortly after former OPA leader Michael Zimbalist left to join The New York
Times Co. Horan, who came to the OPA from Zinio Systems Inc., previously served as the OPA's vice president, marketing and membership.
