iCrossing Upgrades Search Analytics Platform

  • June 13, 2006
iCrossing has boosted its efforts at tracking "latent" converters--those Web visitors who don't make a purchase during the same session as they perform a search--as part of an upgrade of its search analytics suite. Now, iCrossing's analytics platform, "Interest2Action" will track visitors to clients' Web sites for 120 days, up from 30. Mike Gullaksen, senior vice president of search at iCrossing, said the new, longer tracking capabilities are geared towards travel and hospitalilty marketers, as well as marketers of more expensive products that consumers generally mull for a long time.
