More than 2.78 billion searches were conducted on Google last month, marking 32 percent growth since May of 2005, according to new data by Nielsen//NetRatings. Google's share of searches reached 49.1
percent--far surpassing that of rivals Yahoo (22.9 percent) and MSN (10.6 percent).
