Online photo site Shutterfly late last week filed for an initial public offering to raise $92 million. Shutterfly, founded in 1999, was among the first photo-sharing sites, but the sector has since
grown considerably. Current competitors to Shutterfly include Yahoo's Flickr, Hewlett-Packard's Snapfish, and Kodak's EasyShare Gallery.
