Wired magazine, Tuesday said it acquired its online counterpart, Wired News, from Lycos for $25 million. Conde Nast originally acquired
Wired
magazine for $75 million in 1998. A year later, the online news portal was sold by the founders to Lycos for an estimated $83 million.
