David Morgan has been named president, Asia Pacific (APAC) at Universal McCann. Morgan joins the agency from Mediaedge:cia, where he was CEO Asia Pacific. He will be based in Singapore. Morgan began
his career in London, where he first worked at BBJ Media. In 1995, he joined J Walter Thompson in Shanghai as media director, moving to MindShare as general manager, Hong Kong and Japan, until 2000.
