The Interactive Advertising Bureau Tuesday said Greg Stuart would step down as head of the online advertising trade association at the end of the year. Stuart, who has led the online ad bureau for
five years, reviving it from a near collapse during following the dot-com bust of 2001 to the pride of the media industry, said he has accepted a number of board positions for several Internet
companies and would be seeking an executive position at "new media" company in the private sector. The IAB has retained executive recruiter Spencer Stuart to search for a replacement.
