Clear Channel has revealed more of its massive reorganization plan for top management. The details were laid out in an internal memo from John Hogan, CEO of CC Radio, to the company's general managers and executives. Clear Channel elevated three of the company's 10 regional operating senior vice presidents to executive vice presidents of operations: Charlie Rahilly for the Central region; Susan Karis for the Western region and Tom Schurr for the Eastern region. Another four of the 10 regional operating senior vice presidents retained their title and split up the management of the company's stations by the three operating regions. In addition, Clear Channel created a new management position, president and market manager, and tapped 10 executives to concentrate on the company's 10 largest markets.
