Lions Gate's $130 Mil. To Initiative Media

Bolstering up its entertainment accounts, Interpublic Group of Cos.' Initiative Media picked up Lions Gate Films' $130 million theatrical and home-entertainment business. Initiative picked up CBS earlier this year. Lions Gate transferred the business, after several weeks of consultant analysis, from longtime incumbent Palisades Media Group, Santa Monica, Calif. Earlier this week, Palisades lost the $100 million Metro-Goldwyn-Meyer business to RPA Associates, Santa Monica, Calif.
