In a sign that interactive and traditional media channels may be fusing within some big agencies, Carat Fusion, the digital unit of Aegis' Carat operations, Thursday named Jeff Thaler senior vice
president-director of program management, responsible for ensuring that the agency's team utilizes a "full mix of communication channels." He joins from Omnicom's Tribal DDB unit in New York, where he
held a variety of positions.
