Aegis Group, the parent of Carat and other media services shops, has notified its top international clients, including Adidas and Renault, after it suspended Aleksander Ruzicka, the chief executive of
its Central European and South African operations, following allegations of embezzlement,
Brand Republic reported Thursday. The allegations reportedly are related to barter media deals.
