Ad agencies Carat Fusion and have joined the click fraud watchdog group the Click Quality Council, Click Forensics, LLC, the company that founded the group, announced Tuesday. The Click Quality Council aims to give advertisers input into the developing standards for pay-per-click measurement. A pair of advertisers, Visa and the, also joined the group Tuesday.
