Outdoor Channel Holdings has named former ESPN CEO Roger Werner president of the company and CEO of its cable network. Werner replaces Perry Massie, who had served as president, CEO and chairman of
the company and co-president of The Outdoor Channel. Massie will remain acting chairman of OCH. Werner was also appointed to the company's board of directors.
