After 30 years as the largest food processor in the U.S. and Canada, Kraft Foods has been unseated by Tyson Foods. Food Processing
magazine, which annually ranks the giants, yesterday said that
Tyson, with $23.9 billion in 2005 sales, has topped Kraft, which had sales of $23.3 billion.
