Oxygen this month will launch its first broadband channel, SheDidWhat.tv, which will include ad-supported programs, Web exclusives and the original online series, "Our Bodies, Myself." Oxygen also is
launching a women's social network, Oomph.net, which will offer features such as personality tests and "passion groups," where users can connect with each other.
